V for Vintage evolved when I was pregnant with my son Xavier (who is now 21 months old). I was in the process of setting up his nursery and was looking for vintage inspired artwork. I couldn’t find anything, so I decided to create my own artwork. Once my friends saw what I had made, the requests began! I then began to source a variety of retro and vintage inspired fabrics from the United States and United Kingdom, and so V for Vintage was born.
V for Vintage canvasses are covered with beautiful vintage and retro fabrics including fabrics from Cath Kidston (UK), Alexander Henry (USA) and Michael Miller (USA). The range also includes lots of lovely retro spots & stripes to match. The fabrics are unique and gorgeous and are chosen specifically for children’s bedrooms and babies’ nurseries. The fabrics are stretched and securely fastened on the canvasses and then covered with contrasting grosgrain ribbon on the back to ensure no scratches on walls and picture hooks are secured so the canvas is ready to hang with minimum fuss.
